Introduction
Automatic deoxidization bag inserter is the important equipment for the production line of vial rolling desiccant preparations.
Automatic desiccant inserting machine is used for arranging and cutting desiccant into bottles to prevent moisture.
High speed deoxidization bag inserting machine color mark sensor tests the drying agent bags and control the length of the bags then the bags are clipped into the bottles. The conveyor belt of the conveying bottle system convey the bottles which have been filled in the drying agent to the next equipment.
Main Features
1. Continuous desiccant inserting machine with touch screen and PLC, operation is very easy
2. Avoid the materials jam
3. High shear knife age ,accurate and reliable ,avoid breakage of the desiccant bags
4. Positioning adopts pneumatic clamping mechanism to clamp bottles
5. Feeding evenly with quiver, special patent filling part, no breakage of the material.
6. Detection and sorting function
7. No bottle will not fill. Meet GMP standard, low cost;
8. Self-diagnose errors and stop working to make alarm at errors.
9. On the basis of the comparison result of the feedback value and the set paramete.
If within the set range, then order cutter cylinder moves to complete the feeding action
