Dry hand sanitizer
Dry hand sanitizer means that it can be used on your hands,clothes,furniture and etc directly,do not need water to wash.Another called is HClO disinfectant
Main ingredients:effective Chlorine is larger than 90-110mg/L
PH value:3-6
Working principle:
HClO ----HCl+ [O]
1. [0] will destroy the virus' RNA and make it impossible to multiply
2. [0]will destroy the viral envelop
HVHA HClO has 99.99% high efficiency for the virus!
Application:
1. Hands
2. Clothes
3. Furniture
4. Key Board
5. Mouse
6. Button of elevator
Formation, stability and reactions
Addition of chlorine to water gives both hydrochloric acid (HCl) and hypochlorous acid (HOCl):
Cl2 + H2O 鈬?HClO + HCl
Cl2 + 4 OH鈭?鈬?2 ClO鈭?+ 2 H2O + 2 e鈭?
Cl2 + 2 e鈭?鈬?2 Cl鈭?
When acids are added to aqueous salts of hypochlorous acid (such as sodium hypochlorite in commercial bleach solution), the resultant reaction is driven to the left, and chlorine gas is formed. Thus, the formation of stable hypochlorite bleaches is facilitated by dissolving chlorine gas into basic water solutions, such as sodium hydroxide.
The acid can also be prepared by dissolving dichlorine monoxide in water; under standard aqueous conditions, anhydrous hypochlorous acid is currently impossible to prepare due to the readily reversible equilibrium between it and its anhydride:[14]
2 HOCl 鈬?Cl2O + H2O K (at 0掳C) = 3.55脳10鈭? dm3 mol鈭?
The presence of light or transition metal oxides of copper, nickel, or cobalt accelerates the exothermic decomposition into hydrochloric acid and oxygen:[14]
2 Cl2 + 2 H2O 鈫?4 HCl + O2
Chemical reactions[edit]
In aqueous solution, hypochlorous acid partially dissociates into the anion hypochlorite ClO鈭?
HOCl 鈬?ClO鈭?+ H+
Salts of hypochlorous acid are called hypochlorites. One of the best-known hypochlorites is NaClO, the active ingredient in bleach.
HOCl is a stronger oxidant than chlorine under standard conditions.
2 HClO(aq) + 2H++ 2鈥?em>e鈭?鈬?Cl2(g) + 2H2O
E = +1.63 V
HClO reacts with HCl to form chlorine gas:
HOCl + HCl 鈫?H2O + Cl2
HOCl reacts with ammonia to form monochloramine:
NH3 + HOCl 鈫?NH2Cl + H2O
HOCl can also react with organic amines, forming N-chloroamines.China Disinfectant manufacturers
