UNWINDER & WEB GUIDING
Unwinder with closed-loop tension control. Electronic web guide with ultrasonic edge guide sensor. 76 mm air expanding mandrel. Max diameter 700 mm 鈥?1000 mm roll capacity.
FLEXO unit of measurement
Independent, servo-driven semi- or full rotary unit of measurement with auto pre-positioning and registration. Offers reverse side printing. Printing repeat lengths of fifty mm - 457 mm.
SEMI- OR FULL ROTARY
DIE CUTTING
Independent and servo-driven. Repeat length from 50 mm - 300 mm
for semi-rotary, and 190.5 mm - 381 mm for full rotary. Magnetic or solid/engraved cylinders.
COLD FOIL & SUPER VARNISH
Cold-foil and super varnish with two pneumatic shafts and unwind/rewind.
SLITTER
Optional shear slitter or razor blade slitter. Easy to install. Features a standard high-pressure waste suction system.
